Samantha Valente is a successful martial artist who has been training in American Filipino Kun Tao since 2018 and competing in breaking competitions since 2019, becoming a member of the USBA/WBA in 2021. Samantha has had many accomplishments over her years of practicing martial arts, including earning up to a red belt first degree in American Filipino Kun Tao, and placing first, second, and third in many competitions. Samantha has always been passionate about breaking and creating a name for herself in martial arts. Grandmaster Drew Serrano has pushed her to strive for continuous improvement and excellence, and under his instruction and guidance, she has been able to do just that.
Throughout her career in martial arts, Samantha has always strived for greatness and has always persevered no matter what. Through tough losses, grueling practices, and thoughts of giving up, Samantha has been able to keep going and even accomplish many great things along the way, including, learning new skills during class, winning at competitions, setting personal records in breaking, and even earning the title of Competitor of the Year. All of Samantha’s accomplishments throughout her martial arts career can be accredited to her amazing instructors and fellow classmates whose help and guidance as she has learned have made her the successful martial artist that she is today.
