Lifetime Competition Records-USA

The USBA/WBA is the leading source for records in the World of Martial Arts Breaking. There are two categories of breaking records: Competition Records and World Records. There are two categories of Competition Records: Lifetime Competition Records and Yearly Competition Records.

All Competition Records are records established during the course of regular competition at a USBA/WBA Sanctioned Competition. These records are witnessed by an official representative of the USBA/WBA, and are established using standard materials, rules, and procedures as documented by the USBA/WBA.

Lifetime Competition Records are a historical record of current and all previous competition records set. These records do not reset. The current record is the highest number ever hit at a USBA/WBA Sanctioned Event since it’s inception.

Yearly Competition Records are established during the course of the circuit year, usually running July to July. These records reset annually to give newer competitors an attainable goal each year. Yearly Competition Records reset at the end of the circuit year.
